Blackmore Wagyu Beef is highly sought after for its luxurious and unparalleled flavour and texture. Join us at Café Vue at Heide on Tuesday 10th August where together with the Blackmore family we explore what it is that makes this such a prized ingredient and how this is achieved from paddock to plate. The price is $95 per person including a New York Sour on arrival, with an optional wine match available for $35.
